Washington Youth Sports has partnered with RoomRoster for all travel tournament hotel bookings. The RoomRoster Support System is a convenient online web and mobile application built to help traveling teams select and manage their team hotel for all travel tournaments hosted by Washington Youth Sports.
RoomRoster has worked with the Tournament Director to pre-select Official Tournament Hotels in order to provide teams with the best options on value, location and amenities. All teams commuting from greater than 70 miles are expected to book hotels in order to avoid complications with arriving late to games.
Each tournament has a direct booking link available (under each Tournament Page) that can be used for individual bookings. For teams that want to ensure the group stays together, an account is created for each Team Manger in the RoomRoster Support System within 1-2 business days of submitting the registration. The Team Manager is then emailed their account login link to begin the process. When the Team Manager selects the team hotel, a unique booking link is created and is to be forwarded by the Team Manager to all Team Members that need a hotel room. Room blocks are also available for teams that want to lock in their price before submitting the registration.
The RoomRoster Support Team is waiting for your calls about creating a group block or other general hotel inquiries. The Support Team can be contacted by dialing 1-888-723-2064 or by email via email@example.com.
